 Tony has over 13 years experience in residential and commercial real estate and has built a business and reputation on his straight talk and impeccable ethics. His range of experience includes:

Tony has been recognized by Prudential for outstanding achievements including the Prudential Diamond Club Award, the Chairman’s Circle Award, the President’s Circle Award, and the Director’s Club Award. His peers twice awarded him with the Thomas R Stone Associate of the Year Award in 2004 & 2007. This award is chosen yearly by peers and honors Real Estate professionals who have the highest standards of ethics in business.

 Tony has worked with local and national commercial businesses, including O'Dell Engineering, State Farm Insurance, Roger's Jewelry, Bright Homes, North American Title, Leer Corp, and many others to help them find space, lease space, and locate and purchase commercial property and/or land leases.

He has partnered with banks such as Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, First National, and American Lending to help with their REO and bank-owned properties. He is familiar with the foreclosure and short-sale processes and knows how to work with financial institutions to get your property in escrow. He has been EQUATOR certified on shortsales.

Tony has been a California resident for over 24 years and lives with his family in Santa Barbara. He is passionate about living in Santa Barbara, sailing, playing violin, cooking, scuba diving, and a proud volunteer at the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission.
